This universal bed rack system allows for mounting almost anything, (rooftop tents, kayaks, bikes, snowboards...) freeing up valuable bed space for other trip essentials. Comes coated with a 2 stage satin textured black powdercoat over durable zinc primer finish.

FAQ
Does it work with bed covers?
Any cover where the structure or the cover itself extends more than 3/16" or so over the tops of the bed rails isn't going to work. We've had good luck running the Access Roll-Up covers in both the vanish and the original. You will need to trim the bottom of the mounting rails of the cover where they go over the rack mounts inside and add some extra gasket material for a good seal. Rolling it up is possible with both heights, but it's really a PITA on the shorter rack, so take this into account. A quick video about this coming soon.
How much weight does it handle?
It's stronger than the bed of the truck, but unfortunately, we don't have an official load rating on these kinds of force on that. We've ran this design loaded down with an RTT, hi-lift, shovel, axle, and mountain bikes on trails all over the country without issues. We do recommend running our bed stiffeners with this setup for additional strength: Tacoma Bed Stiffeners
What do I do about the blocked high mount stop lamp?
There are holes on this rack to accept an aftermarket led brake light on the rear of the rack.

Will this rack fit on a short bed (5') 2018 Nissan Frontier? I have a Track system that can use to mount it to it or with out the use of the track system. my main concern is the dimensions (length between the mounting brackets). Thank you!

have a 17 tacoma 5' bed, looking at getting the smittybuilt XL RTT... will the rack allow the tent to hang slightly over the cab or will it hang off the back? Also, open to suggestions, thanks

It would be easiest to let the extra length of the tent hang off the back, but we do offer 3" risers for mounting tents if you would like to put it over the cab. https://www.victory4x4.com/product/VBR-3RTT.html

What are the various measurements between the top bars? My rooftop tent mounting rails run in the same direction and I want to ensure they will overlap.

Without drilling, your ranges (on center) for the front to back bars are: 11.85" to 14.5" and 27.85" to 30.5" OR you can mount the tent on the side to side bars with a width range of 41" to 37", 34.5" to 30.5", 28" to 24, or 21.5" to 17.5." The front to back span (on center) of the side to side bars is 46.8 for the short bed or 58.8 for the long bed.

When mounting to a 2019 Colorado you use the additional mounting brackets in the stake pockets. Does this mount the victory rack flush to the top of the bed rails?

Awesome quality rack, my only complaint is the rack is a little too close to the cab l. Made installing rtt difficult. Maybe offer shorter crossbars and molle panels to use with different size tents and create more space between the cab.

I was completely blown away by this rig, and this company. Extended lead times were clearly laid out, and let me say that they beat that date by about 2 weeks. Packaging was above and beyond ANYTHING I have ever received. Quality is amazing, install was easy. The only negative thing I can say about it is it was missing 8 washers.

I shopped around and found this great company and deal. I wanted the right sized (height) rack for a rooftop tent. It needed to be below the cab so my tent and truck could be parked in my garage with a low opening. Two height options available. Plus, I get better gas mileage. This rack has worked as advertised. Purchased the bike rack accessories as well. Had to modify the back tire portion of the bike rack in order for the bikes to not touch the truck tent we have. All works great. Sturdy, nice looking. Am keeping it on year round.

I'm really enjoying the rack. Holds and handles everything I need it too. The only negative thing is I have noticed some rust spots here and there around the welds and the mounting holes. As if the coating didn't get done all the way. Not enough to be concerned able and very easy to fix. If your not in Florida this may never be an issue for you. Here everything rusts. All in all I'm very impressed with the rank the easy install and look. I have recommended it to multiple people.

Had a great 7028-mile road trip and I used the Victory Mid-level bed rack and roof rack systems that made my trip the best in years. I've modified and adapted small pieces to this great system and couldn't ave asked for a better performance. I went from Front Runner to Victory 4 x 4 and I couldn't expect more.

This all started with a few questions I needed answered before purchasing, which were all answered quickly and clearly. This rack does exactly what I need it to do. What I have attached to it: roof top tent, shovel, axe, rototrax, rotopax, various lights, and a high lift jack.

My Victory 4X4 bed rack and Access Vanish T cover work so well together and I get SO many compliments. While everyone else has dirty and wet boxes and beds mine is dry and very clean looking! The install videos were great but I had to get creative when installing the cover with the bed rack. The one video they have with the vanish cover is helpful but Access since has upgraded the cover and it was a little different. The install took me almost all day to figure it out, been trying to get around to do an install video of it but it was well worth the effort to make it fit! I will be buying the roof rack and all sorts of other additions from them soon!
