- This roof rack system allows for mounting almost anything, freeing up valuable cargo space for other trip essentials. Comes coated with a 2 stage satin textured black powdercoat over durable zinc primer finish.
We recommend using paint protection film under the front and rear fairings, where they contact the vehicle. This will prevent dirt and debris from scratching the paint over time.

Two questions. What's the minimum clearance from the bottom of the bars to the middle of the roof? How wide are the crossbars? Thanks!

The crossbars are 2" wide x 1" tall. There is about .75" to 1" gap between the crossbars and the roof.

What are the overall dimensions and weight capacity?

Roughly 92 x 53". Toyota rates the roof with a factory rack at "Max load 165 lbs evenly distributed." Our rack itself can handle significantly more weight than that, and we've had 250 lbs dynamic weight on it without issue, static capacity is certainly well above that. All these weight will be at your discretion as they are above Toyota "recommended" capacities. If you need more information please contact us directly at [email protected]

How well are Thule and Yakima accessories supported on these crossbars? I would like to be able to use my cargo, kayak and bike racks.

We don't officially support those accessories, but many of them have enough adjustability to work with the 1x2" crossbars on our racks.

Is there a picture with the light at cutout? Also, I’m new to all this but I’m assuming you’ll have to occasionally ensure the crossbar screws remain tight. Is my assumption correct?

Finally installed my rack a few weeks ago and thought I'd right a review for yall. Over all I am happy with it. However I do wish it would have a sleeker design up front, like it's competitor. Also the cut out stamping on the mounting brackets was not well thought out. The stamping could have been placed on the elevated section of those steel plates. Some of those part number cut outs left a big need for more RTV to placed on them to avoid leakage. Also mine was missing a few screws so be sure to count out all our parts before you start. Pictures available.
