the description states no drilling required but the video clearly says drilling is required. Which is correct for install on a Tacoma 2020 long bed?

Haven't tested them for that at the shop. You would probably need to correct the sag before installation.

I went with the Victory Bed Stiffener because it is the least intrusive into the bed of the truck. The install video has the stiffener installed with the tie down facing out the back. I reversed the stiffeners as wanted the tie down pointing into the bed, with the bent angle facing out of the truck. I had to replace the factory bolt on the tie down with a slightly longer bolt. Drilling the holes in the truck bed was the most difficult part of the install.
