Communication is key, and this is a great place to mount a HAM, GMRS, or CB antenna to your Toyota Tacoma.

Designed to use 3/8 hole, thick NMO mounts like the Laird Technologies Part #: MABTO or the PCTEL Part #: BMATM3-NC, among others.

Laser cut from .190 thick aluminum, uncoated to allow for an electrical ground. Must use an NMO style antenna.

Works on either side of the vehicle.

    Ships free USPS.

Antennas emit radiation. You are responsible for making sure that your setup stays within safe levels. These levels can vary based on output power, antenna gain, and your distance from the antenna when transmitting. We are not responsible for doing this research or evaluating the safety of your setup.

Q Andreas • 12/24/2020, 10:56:20 PM Would this fit a 5gen 4Runner as well?
A 12/30/2020, 4:56:07 PM It does not.
Q Aaron • 02/08/2021, 1:19:56 PM Does your antenna hit the windshield when you open the hood?
A 02/15/2021, 12:52:47 PM It does not.
Q Bill • 02/20/2021, 4:09:10 PM Do you have similar option for a 2015 Tacoma?
A 03/01/2021, 3:13:17 PM Nothing yet, no.
Q Scott Putnam • 03/31/2021, 7:04:10 PM Are you limited as to the length or type of the antenna you can mount to the bracket? The reason for my question is that it would appear that when the hood opens, I would think the antenna would come into contact with the windshield? Thank you
A 04/02/2021, 1:17:54 PM An antenna of any length does not hit the windshield.
Q Jon • 04/06/2021, 1:41:22 PM Will it work on my 2020 Tundra? If not, can it be modified? Or do you sell one?
A 04/12/2021, 1:13:17 PM We don't offer one for the Tundra at this time.
Q buckeye43210 • 05/04/2021, 11:07:59 PM Will this work with a 2020 RAV4?
A 05/05/2021, 1:19:38 PM No
Q Josh Embrey • 05/06/2021, 12:23:29 PM What is the total length? What is the distance between hood bolt holes (center to center)? I’m trying to figure out whether I can make it work for my 2010 GX460 or not.
A 05/12/2021, 2:02:55 PM It will not fit the GX.
Q Scott Schliephake • 05/25/2021, 1:39:08 PM So no concerns for thread engagement of the factory bolt into the hood by reducing that engagement by 0.190"? Hard to tell by the video how many turns the bolt engagement there was remaining. Thanks.
A 06/04/2021, 10:30:55 AM No issues.
Q Stephen K • 06/21/2021, 3:51:53 PM Installed easily on 2021 TRD Pro, bracket itself only took about 5 minutes. Have you come up with a solution to the non-perpendicular angle? It's canted forward by 7-10 degrees, but I would prefer the antenna to be perpendicular. Thank you.
A 06/25/2021, 12:04:58 PM You could leave it as is, or put a slight bend in it by hand once it's mounted.
Q Will • 07/21/2021, 3:33:25 PM does this work with the midland MXTA25 3dB Gain Ghost Antenna?
A 07/23/2021, 11:15:25 AM Yes, if you use one of the NMO mounts we specify in the description.
Q Doug • 09/25/2021, 3:15:02 PM Will this fit a 2020 Toyota Highlander?
A 09/28/2021, 3:15:44 PM It will not.
Q Matt McKay • 10/07/2021, 8:41:38 PM Does this work with the antenna that comes with the Midland mxt400 antenna?
A 10/18/2021, 4:48:42 PM It's designed to use 3/8" hole, thick NMO mounts like the Laird Technologies Part #: MABTO or the PCTEL Part #: BMATM3-NC, among others.
Q Adam • 10/12/2021, 5:57:36 PM Does it give a good ground? I've seen some people get a separate wire to ground on another location.
A 10/18/2021, 4:48:09 PM Yes, it is uncoated to allow for a good ground.
Q Darrell • 10/23/2021, 9:14:49 AM Will this work with a Firestik antenna and a Fire-ring cable?
A 10/28/2021, 11:56:03 AM Yes, should not be an issue. Would recommend a short firestick however.
Q Chris • 11/03/2021, 3:38:40 PM Can you post links to where to purchase these Laird Technologies Part #: MABTO or the PCTEL Part #: BMATM3-NC? After searching for a while even on the Laird site I am not finding them.
A 11/05/2021, 10:43:17 AM Search for 'Laird Technologies MABTO' or 'PCTEL BMATM3-NC' online and you should find them. They don't seem to be directly on Laird's website.
Q Billie • 01/08/2022, 5:08:55 PM You mention needing to solder an NMO base on the bracket for GMRS radios. Can you elaborate, please?
A 01/12/2022, 11:00:59 AM Some of the NMO mounts need to have the cable soldered to them to terminate, some come with the cable installed. This really just affects how you route the cable.
Q DeEstan • 02/28/2022, 10:25:19 PM Will this work with Weboost antenna?
A 03/04/2022, 2:04:39 PM We haven't tried that specifically.
Q Brian Aalberts • 05/01/2023, 7:35:05 PM 22 Tacoma antenna mount. Description states must be placed between hood and hinge Why? Can’t mount to modify to fit under hinge
A 05/08/2023, 4:09:06 PM Because of the design of the hinge.
Q Kevin • 05/21/2023, 8:17:55 AM Will this work on a 2023 Toyota Tacoma
A 05/22/2023, 5:21:03 PM Yes, this will work for 2023 models.
Q Michael • 06/27/2023, 11:46:33 AM How noticeable is the hood gap on the 21+?
A 08/04/2023, 2:56:30 PM Not very noticeable unless you are specifically looking for the gap. You'd only be raising that corner by 3/16.
Q Orestes • 08/03/2023, 3:40:29 PM Does the bracket make the antenna sit at a forward leaning angle, backward leaning angle, or will the antenna mount have a balanced 90 degree angle?
A 08/04/2023, 10:43:47 AM Very slight angle forward
Q Roger • 09/06/2023, 11:46:18 PM Q: for a 2023 Tacoma, confirm that the bracket must be placed BETWEEN the hinge and the hood? Q: and the antenna will not be vertical but will lean forward slightly?
A 10/20/2023, 12:30:16 PM Yes, 21 and newer models will need to be installed between the hinge and the hood. The antenna will have a slight rake once installed.
Q Peter • 10/24/2023, 0:08:50 AM Can this be used with the Midland MICROMOBILE MXTA24 LOW PROFILE ANTENNA CABLE?
A 12/08/2023, 10:22:18 AM Yes, would work with our mount.

Works great
(Illinois) | December 26th, 2019
I have two of these mount on my Tacoma. A dual band vhf/uhf on the passenger side and a 10 meter on the driver’s side. Get good signals on both. Love that they are so discrete. Easy to install the mounts but I couldn’t install the nmo connector on the coax. Finally bought cable with the connectors attached and was able to get it through the firewall.
Note From Victory 4x4: Thanks for the review, glad you like the mounts!
Love it !

Works good.

Looks factory, works well on my dual-band, no complaints.
Poor SWR results
(Colorado) | September 10th, 2019
Using this mount, and a 2' firestik antenna I'm getting a SWR of 2.5, which is not acceptable. Every troubleshooting guide I have read claims this is due to a poor mounting location, which really makes me wish I had went with a tailgate mount.
Note From Victory 4x4: David, you may need to try a longer antenna for CB in this location. It could be that the wave isn't high enough above the cab of the truck. Let us know if that solves your issue. Also be sure to check that you have a proper ground.
