Do the dimensions and angles as well as the mounting holes roughly or exactly the match Delta VS center console for the 80?

It was designed to work with the factory center console and has not been test fit on others.

For the -LAND CRUISER CENTER CONSOLE MOLLE PANEL | 80 SERIES LAND CRUISER & LX 450 (89-98) does it come with 2 pannels one for each side of it? or do you have to buy each side seperatly? are they the same pieces? saying that they come in a pack of 2, you could put them both on the driver side of 2 different cruisers? i guess my question is does it matter which pannel goes on which side? I have 2 cruisers and have 3d printed cupholders on the passenger side and would like to put the pannel on the driver side. say this comes in a pack of 2 would they both fit on the driver side, is it a left or right type of piece?

Comes in a pair, and they are identical. You could use them for single sides on different vehicles, yes.
