It should work just fine with anything that accepts a fairlead mount and has enough clearance above the fairlead for the hinge.

Will it lock into the flipped up position to avoid dragging on synthetic winch line while using the winch?

It doesn't lock per se, but the hinge will allow the license plate to stay in the up position while winching.

Functionally, this mount works great, and looks great on the vehicle. In my opinion, the best option for your bumper if you need to sport a front plate. That being said, I've been through 3 of these so far in about 3 years of use. The hinge is plastic, and will break every time if you bump your front end into an incline or hill while off-roading. My recommendations that I will be following from now on is to just remove your front plate if you plan to do any serious off-roading. Otherwise, great product.

Solid piece that will withstand wheeling. Only drawback is the lack of a quick release like of the other offerings out there. It does rotate up though. Stays in position and doesn’t require adjustments
