Will this cover the catalytic converter from theft access or is it still exposed?

It would likely act as a deterrent, but does not completely cover them.

Hi. I know you said it does not completely cover the cats. Can you show a picture of how much the skid actually covers the cats? If I can get a skid and it protects my cats somewhat, might be a win/win. Thanks.

Build quality is great, install is easy, only feedback would be the following: I think 6 different fastener specs (2 different hex sizes, 4 different socket sizes). Otherwise, very happy with this and the engine skid.
