What are the weights of the steel and aluminum options?

About 50lbs for steel and 25lbs for aluminum.

Do the front plate and belly plate combination prevent access to would be catalytic converter thieves wishing to cut all 4 of them off?

They will make it more difficult and act as a deterrent, but they are not complete catalytic converter protection.

Build quality is excellent, shipping was very fast, didn't skimp on hardware quality. As another reviewer noted you WILL need the transfer case skid as well. Built some brackets thinking I could make it work, but access to the transmission guard are obscured. Planning to add the gas tank and LCA plates as budget permits, thank you.

This is my second skid plate for a vehicle from Victory 4x4. The construction and finish is superb. On my 2011 LC, I was not able to retain the OEM transfer skid with JUST the front skid plate replaced, which is a huge bummer. I ended up buying their transfer skid as well, but that will put you back even more. Just something to be aware of when purchasing
