When I first got this part it seemed out of square, holding the L and R bracket back to back it was evident that this was the case and the part couldn't even fit in the pre-drilled holes in the bed (frame bolt and d-ring). Managed to finally get a hold of someone via email, I had called twice per day for about a week with no one answering and no voicemail is set up, and they promptly responded and agreed that there was an issue and sent out a new part- I do appreciate the speed with this. However, the rest of my order has exceeded their lead times but no one will respond about when this will ship and the part was guaranteed to arrive prior to a certain date. I've spent about $1,000 with Victory and the lack of customer service and follow through is astounding. They simply don't answer the phone and just stop responding to emails, the lack of communication is very frustrating. Leaving a customer in the dark like this is unprofessional.
Note From Victory 4x4: Conor we apologize for the blemished part being sent and the wait times on communication right now. We have three full time customer service reps on phone and email daily, and they are struggling to keep up with volume right now. If you need any further assistance please don't hesitate to reach out.

These installed just as advertised from the YouTube videos. All hardware provided. Powder coat was well done. I like the way they look and they don't protrude into the cargo space but just a small amount.

Excellent addition to my girl friends Taco. We wheel a lot and often go for multiple days. We have the RTT setup on her Taco using the Victory Rack and the additional weight high up puts a lot of stress on the truck bed. Install was a breeze (especially after watching the video first), I also appreciated that the tools needed were called out which guaranteed we had everything before we started. The bed is rock solid, highly recommended!

Install was such a breeze except for the bolts that go back into the bed of the truck but that’s not a victory 4x4 issue. it was slightly difficult to line up and screw the bolts back in but it worked! I bought them because I noticed my bed was starting to flex with my bed rack and RTT on top so I just needed the peace of mind that my truck bed wouldn’t fall apart. I chose these because of the low profile flat design for the bottom of the bed so I could add a fridge in the near future without moving it more to the center of the bed. although it took over a month to ship, their customer service was superb and they kept me in the loop. would absolutely do service with them again!

I'm not sure if my review gets approved or not but I chose Victory 4x4 bed stiffener out of all others due to its compact size, and indeed looks great. Only issue I had was they took month long to deliver mine. Two emails to them returned unanswered. Finally called in about month later. I then realized they forgot to process my order. No apology but acting like business as usual saying will ship out in next few days! I was strongly considering their roof rack as my next purchase but I will not do business with Victory 4x4 again. I'm sure they will be fine without me.
Note From Victory 4x4: Very sorry for the delay in your order! We will have customer service contact you to make sure everything went smoothly.

I really like the bed mat because it didn't interfere with my existing bed mat, The only thing about these stiffeners is the bolt on the bottom closest to the sidewall was tricky to re-install, since Toyota uses a shorter bolt the added thickness of the bed stiffener made it hard to put back in. Otherwise, hands down love this product. Bonus points for shipping wrapped and sealed!! plus the stickers is sweet !!! Although i wish companies would give out more patches, but stickers is the standard so no complaints here
Note From Victory 4x4: Thanks for the review! Yes those shorter bolts can sometimes be frustrating :)

Great Build Quality for the stiffeners. The installation video on youtube has a 2016 Tacoma, my truck is 2007. The bolts were harder to remove and when installing the top nut to the truck, there is a metal brace that makes it difficult to thread the bolts. I was able to complete the installation. It would have been a fast install if I didn't run into those problems. Other than that, these stiffeners are going to do the job.
Note From Victory 4x4: Sorry to hear about your troubles, but glad you got it installed OK. Thanks for the review!

I went with the Victory Bed Stiffener because it is the least intrusive into the bed of the truck. The install video has the stiffener installed with the tie down facing out the back. I reversed the stiffeners as wanted the tie down pointing into the bed, with the bent angle facing out of the truck. I had to replace the factory bolt on the tie down with a slightly longer bolt. Drilling the holes in the truck bed was the most difficult part of the install.
Note From Victory 4x4: Thanks for your order and the review!
