Functionally, this mount works great, and looks great on the vehicle. In my opinion, the best option for your bumper if you need to sport a front plate. That being said, I've been through 3 of these so far in about 3 years of use. The hinge is plastic, and will break every time if you bump your front end into an incline or hill while off-roading. My recommendations that I will be following from now on is to just remove your front plate if you plan to do any serious off-roading. Otherwise, great product.

Works as advertised. Expensive but a more elegant solution than other options. Our state requires a front plate. I didn’t intend to drill my Victory bumper for a license plate. Used the winch on an actual pull this day and the license plate flipped up and didn’t interfere with the cable.

Solid piece that will withstand wheeling. Only drawback is the lack of a quick release like of the other offerings out there. It does rotate up though. Stays in position and doesn’t require adjustments

I balked at buying this when I originally purchased my bumper thinking that all of these should be pretty much the same. A few weeks later I took ditched the one.i bought on Amazon and ordered this. The Victory 4X4 license plate holder was very sturdy, well thought out for this bumper and quite solid. It sits higher than others that I've seen, and i like this fact. There is good tension so no rattling and no flopping. I strongly recommend this.

Solid frame except the hinge, its made out of plastic. I hope it will last, will see.
