Ask us anything

Q Justin Pasutto • 04/11/2020, 2:44:47 AM Does this interfere with Pro models safety sense / cruise control? Does it fit with pro front skid plate ?
A 04/17/2020, 5:09:59 PM In our experience, it does not interfere with the safety sense if the radar is in the logo on the grill. However because of limited official testing, we can only guarantee that the non-tube version works with safety sense equipped vehicles. This bumper does mount in the same place as the front of the TRD skid, so there may need to be some modifications for them to work together.
Q hoky • 07/12/2020, 1:54:46 AM might fit the tundra 07/13
A 07/15/2020, 1:48:15 PM It is designed for 14+ model year tundras. We don't know what build date in 2013 these trucks were changed over, but if your Tunrda looks like the one in the photos it will work.
Q Erick Schaefer • 07/23/2020, 10:54:49 AM Will this bumper work with .5" bumper shims?
A 08/05/2020, 11:01:24 AM No it will not.
Q Michael • 07/29/2020, 5:22:42 AM Can you use a highlift jack on this bumper in the holes nest to the winch opening?
A 08/05/2020, 11:01:24 AM Yes.
Q Tom • 08/14/2020, 8:01:16 PM Will a havoc off-road 12,000 lb winch fit in this?
A 08/18/2020, 11:15:37 AM Based on their specs on the website it should fit.
Q MSmith • 09/21/2020, 8:45:15 PM Will this work with the Warn 9.5 CTI winch?
A 09/24/2020, 11:01:43 AM Should fit fine.
Q Nate • 10/30/2020, 10:21:39 AM What winch is installed in your showcase truck in these photos? Also, will a RIGID 30# light bar install with this bumper?
A 11/03/2020, 4:03:33 PM There is a Zeon 10s in these photos. It's designed for a single row 20" bar, so the Rigid SR Series in 20" would work great.
Q Zack • 12/04/2020, 10:26:44 AM Will a badland apex 1200 winch fit?
A 12/04/2020, 12:13:29 PM Yes
Q Steve • 12/17/2020, 8:17:45 PM Can this be modified to fit my 2008 Tundra
A 12/23/2020, 5:37:41 PM Not to our knowledge.
Q Adam • 02/26/2021, 8:24:22 AM How much does the optional tubing weigh?
A 02/26/2021, 10:33:53 AM About 5lbs.
Q Nathan • 03/11/2021, 1:40:17 PM Will this work with a 2016 Toyota Sequoia? Thanks!
A 03/16/2021, 3:46:53 PM Sequoia bumpers are in the works.
Q AJ Espinoza • 03/23/2021, 6:18:06 AM Will a double row led light bar fit? Or do I need a single row?
A 04/02/2021, 1:31:55 PM Single row.
Q Josh Shorley • 04/26/2021, 2:40:42 PM Will the RCI skid plate fit with the blitz Tundra bumper?
A 04/28/2021, 5:26:15 PM Should not be an issue. Looks to mount very similar to our skid.
Q stewart • 05/26/2021, 2:30:35 PM Is there any plan to make a similar bunker for gen 2 tundras?
A 06/04/2021, 10:30:55 AM Nothing in the works at the moment.
Q Teoyt • 12/07/2021, 10:08:30 PM Do you guys do any mods to the bumper. I love the look of the bumper but need a 2” trailer receiver in place of where the winch Farrell is.
A 12/08/2021, 12:22:09 PM We don't do custom modifications. You could order in bare steel and have a local fabricator make changes for you.
Q Andy Fernez • 12/29/2021, 7:31:06 PM Will the factory skid plate still bolt to the bottom of this bumper?
A 01/04/2022, 5:34:47 PM We do not have provisions to bolt the factory skid to our bumper.
Q MADu1231 • 02/28/2022, 5:57:41 PM (1) Will the Warn VR EVO 12-S Winch fit with this bumper? (2) Will this interfere with the 2019 Tundra limited front sensors? (3) Does the satin black powdercoat finish look like stock black parts of the bumper or lighter or darker? THANKS
A 03/04/2022, 2:04:39 PM The EVO will fit, but you will likely need to relocate the solenoid box. The front parking sensors will work fine with this bumper.
Q Mark Shotton • 04/06/2022, 10:54:04 AM I just ordered the Blitz for my 2018 Tundra. I watched your video on winches and it was "implied" that the solenoid of the WARN 103255 VR EVO 12-S would have to be relocated. Is this the case? Would this be a special order from WARN?
A 04/06/2022, 1:20:55 PM Warn does offer a relocation bracket. The new VR's seem to be more compact, but we haven't test fit them in a Tundra.
Q Jason • 05/16/2022, 11:20:06 AM Will the Superwinch SX12SR fit the Blitz Bumper for a 2016 Tundra?
A 05/25/2022, 3:01:57 PM Yes, but you may need to relocate the solenoid box.
Q Christopher • 10/29/2022, 9:07:55 PM How far does this stick out in comparison to the factory bumper?
A 11/03/2022, 12:16:41 PM It sticks out a few inches further than the stock bumper.
Q Anthony Carbon • 11/15/2022, 11:37:43 AM Is the Blitz Winch bumper compatible with 1) stock TRD Pro skid plate and 2) Badlands 12000lb winch? Thank you!
A 11/18/2022, 2:57:05 PM This bumper does mount in the same place as the front of the TRD skid, so there may need to be some modifications for them to work together. The winch will work fine.
Q Reed • 11/20/2022, 10:39:54 PM What skid plate can I get to fit with this bumper? I have the Trd sport. With the same grill as the pictures shown. With the sensors still work with the tubing?
A 12/01/2022, 10:38:33 AM Our skid works great: https://www.victory4x4.com/product/VTU23SD-GN.html The tube work version compatibility with Toyota Safety Sense equipped vehicles not guaranteed, but on the truck pictured we didn't seem to have issues.
Q Colin • 01/05/2023, 9:06:52 PM How do you access the winch clutch for free spool?
A 01/10/2023, 12:51:06 PM You can reach in from the front hole of the bumper.
Q Victor • 10/22/2023, 3:16:56 AM Does the optional tubing interfere with TRD Pro grill Safety Sense Sensors that is located beneath the logo?
A 12/05/2023, 4:51:34 PM We do not guarantee compatibility with the tube option. Although it may not be directly in front of the sensor, we aren't able to test our bumper in every possible scenario that may trigger the sensor. We recommend the non-tubework option if you'd like to retain full use of your TSS.

Blitz bumper
| July 3rd, 2021
I purchased this bumper used from the Victory 4x4 when they built their newer front bumper a couple years ago. They still shipped it boxed up with expanding foam to protect it completely. It fit perfectly and the video helped immensely. I was able to install my TRD skid plate by trimming a 1/2” off the front of the skid, so it tucks behind the bumper and won’t snag anything whole off-road. Installed a 12k winch and light bar, bumper is super buff, and keeps the truck looking close to stock, which was my goal.

After six months the bumper has worked out great. The installation was exactly as described and well documented. Installed a 12k winch with control relo kit with no issues. The Victory team was quick to answer any questions I’ve had about any of my purchases.

Great finish, looks great on truck. Only issue was the mounting plates attached to bumper were tweaked inward, I believe from welding the bumper together in production, had to be pushed outward about 1/2" with hydraulic jack in order to fit and match up to mounting bolts on frame. Other than that everything went together great. Installed a x20 12k winch and relocated control pack in engine bay. Can reach clutch lever on winch easily thru cut out in bumper.
Love it

Love this bumper! Didn’t want to change the overall look with a tube bumper. This bumper is awesome, had it pc white to match the truck, got the light installed but no winch yet.

First of all I ordered this bumper and got it in a very timely manner, I was able to call and get some more info on shipping times and the whole process. Myself and a couple of friends were able to install relatively easily and the only problem I encountered was probably due to my lack of research! The problem I encountered was mounting a Warn EVO 10k winch. The winch control pack was too large to be used in the bumper and I had to fabricate a relocation kit using some stock aluminum bar and some long starter wiring from the Napa down the road. Overall now that the bumper is mounted I’m extremely happy with it and my winch pulls flawless, only thing I would change is if you buy the bumper and your state requires a front plate on your vehicle there isn’t too good of spots to mount it but some zip ties take care of that! All in all thank you very much Victory for a great product and I’ll be ordering some sliders in the near future.
Note From Victory 4x4: Thanks for the review, glad you are happy with the product!
Held up to the test
(Norwich, Ontario) | January 28th, 2020
First of all I bought my bumper off of the other guy who reviewed used as he upgraded to victory’s new bumper. When I received the bumper it still looked like new, I washed the dirt off and there was only a small spec of rust where the previous owner mounted his winch with bolts. Installed it myself which was super easy. Looks great and it’s strong. A kid backed into it and the only thing damaged was my license plate. The back of the car was crunched from the hoop but not a scratch on the bumper
Looks great, works great!

I've had this on my truck now since roughly May 2019 and it's been on some rock climbs and a couple of our long travel trips. It's held up wonderfully. We have a Warn S10 strapped in behind and it's been accessible when we've only needed to spool and unspool the winch to keep her clean. So far no need to recover anyone. I get asked often who designed it, and complimented on it which I always like hearing. Great job Victory, thanks for installing and building not only a functional armor piece but also something that compliments the Tundra.

Looks great, stout, and very well built. Doesnt even interfere with the safety sense. My only minor complaint is that it doesnt work with the TRD Pro Skid Plate. So I had to cut some bracing for the winch mount. Which doesnt matter to me Im not going to run a winch anyways.
