Definitely a stout skid
(Dallas, TX) | August 24th, 2023
Having skid plates on my truck is really important to not damage any powertrain components while offroad. Victory 4x4 stood out to me from the competition because of their design price and their history with Toyotas. Upon receiving the engine skid I was impressed by the welds, cuts and bends only minor issue I had was the inside bore of some of the screw holes weren’t fully powder coated and should be protected from rust. Other than that it mounted up easily and the provided hardware has spares which is always nice. It’s holding up pretty good so far and definitely gives me some peace knowing a rock won’t destroy my oil pan.
Note From Victory 4x4: Thanks for the review, Mayan. Glad you love the skid, we apologize for missing some powder coat in the bolt holes. If there is anything else we can help with, please don't hesitate to reach out.
