Like other reviews have said, its really cheap of them to charge for an extra set of black mounting hardware and then not include the black bolts for mounting the fairing or mounting to the truck. It made the process unnecessarily long by having to paint them. The photos above show you the blackout bolts, but not the steel nuts on the backside of the fairing lol.
Note From Victory 4x4: Sorry about the upcharge on the black bolts. They are quite a bit more expensive than regular stainless, so unfortunatly we have to upcharge for them.

I have the roof rack on my 4runner, and I love it. It looks great, it holds up great, and I highly recommend it. My only complaint when the rack came was that all of the hardware was stainless steel and did not mach the nice powdercoat of the roof rack. I ended up painting the screws myself, which I recommend everyone to do. I am very disappointed to see this set of hardware sold at $45 for some simple screws. The quality of the screws I received with the rack was not great. A few of the stainless steel screws were already stripped and incorrectly sized in some cases. I had issues getting some of these screws in all of the way, and ended up replacing some with some higher quality hardware pieces as I was worried about how well they would really hold up under load. I recommend considering alternative hardware options if you are interested in "upgrading" your hardware color for $45.

This really improves the overall look of an already great looking rack. It should be noted though, this is ONLY replacement hardware for the outsides of the rack and you still get the full hardware set up that ships with other racks so you essentially get a bunch of leftover stainless hardware and still need to use the stainless on the inside of the sides and on the roof. All good if you are a hoarder like me...
