Victory 4x4 Strike 4Runner Front Winch Bumper | 3rd Gen (96-02)
When you need extra tire clearance, maximum protection, plus recovery options for your 4Runner; our Strike Series front bumper is a perfect choice. This made in the USA bumper features an integrated 20" lightbar mount, 3/4" recovery tabs, plus provisions for many industry-standard winches. Available with optional tubework for extra front end protection. The bumper is available in a two-stage satin textured black powder coat over durable zinc primer finish.
99-02 models require some trimming of the front frame horns (see video for more info).
Listed weights are with no tubing; full grill and light protection tubing adds 30 lbs.

It will not. There are enough differences between the two.

We only offer it in the width shown in the photos. The limited fender flares would extend beyond the bumper.

The Baja Designs Squadrons would be a great option for the 3z3 cut outs. The included turn signals are LED.
