We recommend using paint protection film under the front and rear fairings, where they contact the vehicle. This will prevent dirt and debris from scratching the paint over time.

Yes, you will have the same mounting locations under the flush roof rails. The rack is not designed to work with the panoramic sunroof, however.

Toyota rates the Rav4 roof with a factory rack at "Max load 165 lbs evenly distributed." Our rack itself can handle significantly more weight than that. As long as it doesn't have the pano sunroof, we don't see any differences in the roof. But we haven't done an install on the Prime in our shop to verify.

There is no drilling, but dropping the headliner is required because there are no threaded mounting locations from the factory. The factory rails mount with bolts and nuts underneath the headliner.

Sorry if this has been asked elsewhere: for the light bar cut out version of the front fairing is it compatible with Diode Dynamics 42 inch light bar. Found here https://www.diodedynamics.com/stage-series-42-white-light-bar.html
They also show additional dimensions in there installation document: http://images.diodedynamics.com/docs/install/universal/stage_series/Stage_Series_42_inch_installation_guide_2B.pdf
Based on these it appears the housing of the light is 43 inches exactly, will this require modifications to the fairing?

The cutout is designed for a max 41.25" housing and the max stud mounting width is 43.5". The fairing cutout would need to be made larger, but the bar would likely be too wide to mount on the light bar mounts.

We can not recommend anything over the factory roof rating of 176 lbs, however our rack will hold more than that. The limitation is on the roof.

You could use J-style kayak mounts (be sure they will work for a 1"x2" crossbar) or you could just lay the kayak upside down directly on the rack and strap it down.

This will fit a 2022 hybrid XLE correct? Also these roof rack gets mounted into the factory roof rails correct? I don't have to mount it into the actual roof with drilling holes correct?

It will. It mounts to the mounting locations used by the factory roof rails. There is no drilling required but does require dropping the headliner to remove them and use the factory mounting locations. Checkout the install video toward the bottom of the page for more info.

Purchased this rack for my wife’s RAV4 build beginning of summer 2021 and it’s just about hitting the 1 year mark and we are still extremely happy with it! It has held up with all attachments and gear that we have mounted to it. No signs of rusting or major ware anytime soon. Definitely recommend this Rack! For any RAV4 owner.

Installed everything just as directed like the youtube video with no hiccups; was an easy installation. My only complaint is that there are vibration noise between 25mph - 55mph. Once I go above 55, the noise is gone. The vibration noise is not an issue as I have gotten use to it. Still 5 stars and would still recommend for 5th Gen Rav4 owners.

So I bought this even though it says it’s not compatible with the panoramic roof. I installed it today and it works just fine. I put the first cross bar on skipped 3 and put 2 rear ones on, this allows the panoramic sunroof to open. If I put the other three bars on I wouldn’t be able to open the sun roof. I don’t really use the sun roof so I may put all the bars on. I went for a drive today I got to 80MPH and no noise, or vibration! Great product thank you
Note From Victory 4x4: Casey, thanks for the review and glad this worked for you! But just to reiterate, because you can't run all the crossbars and use the pano roof, and because we haven't tested this setup at all, we are still officially not recommending this to future customers.

Have had the rack for a few months now and am still very happy with it. I did a video review on it on youtube, but here are some notes on it:
-Would be awesome to have a "SS or Black" hardware option...note a big deal
-The mounting brackets need the notch to be a little bigger so the edge of the bolts dont hit it and sit flush
- Bigger hole caps would be nice. Again not a huge deal bc Prinsu doesn't even give you any
Would still recommend this rack

It looks good but I would not go this way if I ever purchase a roof rack again the instructions are useless and the bolts are all thrown in an old plastic bag unlabeled and there is no exact amount of each bolt so you can’t figure it out by laying it out. You can’t fit a carriage bolt you will never mount anything on top that needs carriage bolt the channel is to small for any.

Received the rack had few minor scratches didn’t care about it and it was missing bolt, the rubber plugs, and nuts. Emailed over 5 days ago no respond. The rack is alright not as advertised one side was off a little and the bolt holes for the front mount wasn’t matching the bolt. The only reason I’m putting is one star is missing assembly hardwares and no respond.
